bigtime muscle car toy UPGRADE!!
my brother got one of the bigtime rc cars 1/24 mustang he got it cause it looks sweet and he wants it to go fast. he is 19 he only got it cause it was cheep and cool looking. i was wondering what i could do to make it go fast. the steering is just a 130 motor that is attached to a steering thing it only has 2 leads + and -. can i still use a xmod board in it and just solder the leads to the points on the board where the small motor would be connected to. thanks
also it is running off 3 aa's |

because this is more fun, and because it's probably gunna cost less than $50 in the end. id' throw some liths in there. and im not sure about the servo because i think that when you turn on an xmod that the servo just starts turning one way and the pot makes it so it dosn't make the car turn. but hey it's worth a shot. then maybe put a stage 2 or maybe a custom motor. and you will also want to cut ALOT of the chassis because normaly with those types of cars they have alot of extra plastic.

That... doesn't make sense. Try and take the time to re-read your post and make sure it makes sense before posting it.

I used to have these cars, but 1:16th scale. They don't go fast, but you can customize their looks well. My Chrysler has around 20 LEDs, a new paintjob, a spoiler added, and I put an engine under the hood which opens upward.
