Default Stacked FET's question

can i stack stock FET's??? i have a spare board, and have much experience with the soldering iron.

Yeah You Can, BUT BUT BUT It lacks the performance of aftermarket FETS. Make Sure Your Using A Spare EVO Board For Evo and Spare Gen 1 Board for your Gen 1. Gen 1's and EVO's FETS dont work together.

Of course you can, and it will work great. Like Azkevi ...n said it's not the same as upgraded FETS, but definatly an improvement. Make sure to stack them right. The EVO uses 2 different FETS, while the GEN1 use 2 of the same FETS.

i think it will make your throttle more choppy though. even good upgrade fets do if you stack more than what is needed. v2's don't make the throttle choppy. correct me if im wrong

Choppy as in more current being delivered to the motor at the instant the throttle is depressed. A decent sized capacitor (which under normal circumstances hurts performance) would help smooth the choppiness out.
