1) you have orange peel (not very shiny)
2) too many stickers
3) shaky pictures

get rid of the stickers, sand down the paint, repaint it. better.

what would I use to sand the paint with out scraching the car?

I think it looks good, I like it. The flames are badass, and the 4 decals on the front are defiantly not excessive compared to what I have seen. You guys are crazy, I think its good for a first paint job

you need to use anywhere from 320 to 800 grit automotive (wet/dry) sandpaper on it and take it all the way down. You can use blue painters tape to mask the windows off while you are doing it so that you don't have to redo the windows.
Then use light even coats of paint (should take 3 coats minimum) then let it dry for a couple of days then use a quality clearcoat to seal it and keep it shiny.
