Update: Got my Holmes Hobbies Cobalt Puller 7T motor in the mail today, been waiting for this for awhile now. Here's a few comparison pics between the HH7T and the HH 540.

Because of the new motor is a bit longer than the old one, so I had to re-locate the battery to the rear of the chassis and removed the truggy bed.

Update: Look what showed up today...Tekin T35 Heavy Duty motor!

By far, out of all the motors I've used on this rig, the Tekin T35 Heavy Duty is my favorite. As you can see, my SCX10 is getting dirtier each day.

A video of the Tekin T35 in action!

Anyone else try to do parallel parking with their SCX10?

I think it's time for a car wash.

After having all those fun times with the SCX10, I end up with a broken drive shaft. Looking into replacing both shafts, any recommendation?

Did the Tekin 35T come with any wiring? I am thinking of getting one but don't want it to arrive and then realize I should have bought wire and connectors at the same time.

you just have to soldier your ESC wires to the tabs. i may be wrong but like any other brushed motor it comes with just the motor, meaning no wires

winner here is right
just solder the esc wires onto the motor

most high end brushed motors do not come with wires.
