Unhappy New and No Turn

I just bought a brand new Nissan Titan xmod and i opened it, put it togeather, put new batteries in, and tested it.

It moves good foreward and back, but it does not turn at all! when i turn it on the wheels dont make the click noise either...what could be wrong?

could be a couple things, first thing i would check if its not steering at all is the wires going to the servo motor. you will have to pull the electronics package cover off and look for the white and black wire going from the back of the servo motor to the board. sounds like one might have came off.

when it goes forward or backwards does it jerk or hesitate?? If so just might be your remote or crystals. Would try to change one if nothing changes try to change both if you can. Thats where I would start if that doesn't do it might be somthing internal like a FET is blown or somthin' duhno makin' suggestions

Take off the cover that covers the board and see if any of the small wires are loose or off......
