just a warning if any of you bought any of the cheep cars from ebay

the faulty ones

get a claim in now !

the guy has been promising me proof of postage for 4 days now and still nothing

then i find out he is not in the UK as stated he is in the chech reppulic

Reaper I would definitely complain to eBay about him not mentioning that he isn't a UK seller but based upon his large amount of feedback and the fact that he has only had 3 negative comments left in 12 months I would say you are going to have to wait this one out and see what happens.

You paid PayPal right?? So you always have that path to follow if they aren't with you in say 2 weeks.

it just wrags me off ya know , if he had put that he was in the chech rep i wouldnt have even bid on them

but his location was london UK so i figured 2 days to get them MAX

but it could be anything upto 3 weeks and with no proof of postage in 3 weeks he could be long gone from ebay and my / your money

Did he change his location? The listing just says "Europe", not specifically UK or Czech Rep.

yes i think after i pulled him on it he has changed it to EUROPE

but im still waiting for a coppy of the postal reciept that he has been promising me for 4 days now

dont worry reap, he is sending them standard so thinks it 5-7 working days including satuday. i bought mine friday night so he sent satuday morning, im expecting mine to come maybe thursday but probaly friday.

His item address say APO/FPO which is american military, so he could be stationed out of UK but be pushed in any other place, using the same address. Im Military so I know. My address is Cali, but I could be anywhere. It will only show proof of shipping if he pays for the shipping on PayPal... If he sent it from the post office then He would have to actually give you a tracking # through a private message.... And there is nothing in his post saying that he is providing delivery confirmation (Tracking) which costs extra. If it has only been 4 days I think you are jumping the Gun.... He also being Military may be on an excercise and be isolated from using a PC.. which can happen out of the blue and last a day or week etc. You can always submit a dispute... but I think you are reacting to soon. give it a good 10 days for delivery and message him once daily.

thanks man but he has later told me he is in the czech rep . he replys to all my emails quikly just wont answer the questions i ask . im not asking for a tracking number just asimple pic of the reciept would be fine but he wont even do that .

he hasnt replied to my question about the cayenne body`s yet and that was sent on sunday

Dont worry i bought some xmods off him and they arrived 2weeks later, he had planned shipping direct from europe but postage would have cost him too much, so he posted them to london all together and dispached them when they arrived.
The faulty ones are being posted direct from europe and should arrive within a week or so.

I appreciate the warning. However I don't think it is common practice to email someone a pic of a reciept on email, nor is it required. Shipping details are on the listing and usually says how long it should take on average.

stated 1st class postage via royal mail 2-3 days

when infact it will be international postage taking up to 3 weeks

IF they have even been posted

Items are mostly sent from Europe, delivery time can be couple of days or upto 2 weeks. It comes as a recorded delivery but it can't be tracked online - post office can track it manually if I start a claim. If you are type of person who day after payment starts to panic where is his item please buy it from someone else.

And reading in his feedback, the only main complaint is long shipping times. From what Trix is describing, there's little that can be done about it. Maybe wait out for more than a few days..?

exactly, exactly, exactly...i have received NO communication from him...my item most likely has been mis-represented...we shall see...AND he was changing his listing and the items included as his ebay sales were going on...this whole thing is so frustrating...

i have been able to contact him but whatever i ask he swerves around the questions

and in some cases blatantly lies
i asked in my 1st or 2nd email where he was ....uk was the reply
then later he say "i have never claimed to be in the uk"

WTF !!!!

as i said before i hope im wrong but this guy doesn't ensue any confidence

Breath..... I understand your frustration, but at this point you can just wait it out 2 weeks, and then file a dispute through PayPal and ebay. They should resolve the issue if it gets to that point. I hope it works out.
