To get a YouTube video to show up like an image, you must first insert the YouTube brackets. You can either go to the top of the post box and press the .GIF or you can simply write the text yourself:

[YOUTUBE][/YOUTUBE]

After you code ([you..][/you..]) has been entered you must go to your YouTube link and locate the ULR. However, you only need a certain section of the URL. You need the part after the V=. So, copy only what is after the V= and past it inbetween the two [YOUTUBE] brackets. It'll then look like this:

[YOUTBE]hkfffcq9kL0[/YOUTBE]

If done correctly you will get this:
