project : GPM truck

well i want to do one full gpm chassis of each. gen 1, evo and truck. well im going to start with my truck, dont know which one yet but i will decide in a couple days.
well this is the package i got today from hong kong.

just wondering, if i sounded cold, sorry i didn't mean to, in the least. Are you trying to makes a stock aluminum truck, or will this one be street tuned or may be a crawler?

no problem it just sounded like you might have some gpm for sale. lol

not sure yet which one i am going to pair this with, eventually full gpm, so stock heigth. do some sort of paint job to go with what theme i pick. maybe some slammed alloy wheels and possible match it with my hummer with the green chameleon paint. or whatever colors it was.

i like your color choice.

Purple is cool. You should get purple locking nuts to match. Say... Did you take your pics with a KodakDX7630?

Yea, id say purple and silver are the best color, i used purple and silver with a aluminum chassis on my all alloy gen 1 and its sick. Red and blue together are also a nice combo.

yeah i forgot to show those, i have a set of purple lock nuts somewhere in my parts cabinet. and its a kidak easyshare c713, ys that?

i thought about red and blue evo, seeings how my favorite college team is ku. and im thinking maybe silver gen 1 with carbon fiber chassis. but well will have to wait, im going to do these one at a time. i seem to have a bunch of projects in the works at one time. so im not going to start one the next chassis until this one is full purple.

hah i wish, im 23 and self employed. i just have an entertainment budget each month. and this is part of my entertainment. i think total its about 60 or 70 bucks whats in the picture. but i have dumped a lot of money into xmods. but i have fun with them so its all good.

Btw, for a full Gen 1 chassis, thats going to cost around $130, $140 tops. The EvoT around $150 and same with the Evo Touring. Thought I'd save you some math. What bodies do you have planned for these sexy chassis? Besides the truck, as the Hummer is going on it.

yeah im going to have around 130 all said and done in this truck. the usually most expensive piece, the motor cradle, transfer gear holder, i picked up for 8 bucks.

nope im going to place that order next week. these are the main chassis structure pieces. all i have left is the shocks, shock mounts, and knuckles. i have them in the shopping cart, will place the order later this week or beginning of next.
