i had orderd some too. it came with a charger. cheap *** charger would never turn green after hours. until they blew up. i told that stup chao guy. but he never responds. so their is no hope in returning.

buy a balance lipo charger. never use rcexpress's chargers. they are crap
you can get those from atomicmods.
