Omg I Think I Broke My Truck Plz Help!!!!

i noticed that the 4 wheel drive wasnt working on one whell on my truck so i went to go fix it.when i looked the front drive shaft was missing so i went to go replace it and thats when i noticed it,on the wheel side (where the one end of the drive shaft goes)that part is cracked and i dont know where the other half of it is.is that part replacible?plz help

I am confused on what part broke. So...
Just go to Atomicmods.com or Xmodsinternational.com they have a replacement part section for xmods. Hope you can fix it

ok so look at your truck.go to the front side of it and look at either one of the wheels.turn the wheel one way and look at the inner side of it (the side that faces the chassis)if you turn the wheel you will see a circular plastic piece that turns with it.this is the piece that you put the front drive shaft in when you install the 4 wheel drive.dpes this help?

Did the part where the dogbone goes snap? Like is the dogbone still spinning/ is the differential spinning when you pull the throttle for that side of the car?

i think it might be teh gray sterring knuckle.because theres a part that is exackly like it that comes out of the chassis and the one that im talking about on the wheel side and when you install the 4 wheel drive kit you put in the front drive shafts (on both of the wheels)and then it connects the front wheel to the chassis giving it the 4 wheel drive

This is your dog bone, the thing circled... This does come in the 4 WD

He said the thing that moves when the wheel turns. Unless he is talking about steering, I think he means when the tire rotates. Which means it is either the Dogbone or the knuckle.

Dylan please look at the pictures/ links given. It has to be one of those two things (dogbone or shaft).

If not, be a little more specific when you describe it. Or at least get us a picture of it.

We want to help but we can't unless you can help us by identify it.

Upon reading his first post again, I think he is talking about the dogbone. Because he says "I don't know where the other half went" I doubt the knuckle would break in half, nor the axle stub. It has to be the dogbone.

Yes, these are replaceable. I would suggest getting the whole front swing shaft so you don't have to worry about these breaking again.

This is the whole front shaft. If you end up ordering these, maybe not from Atomic mods since they're out of stock and prices are quite high, I would suggest also ordering the knuckles. The knuckles would be next to go...

it turns out it was th eaxle stub i was talking about.thanks for really helping me out i stole an axle stub from my lancer evolution thats in pieces.thanks again ttyl

Yeah... When you don't know what's going on, that's the LAST thing you should do... Looking for a replacement part, if you don't know what it looks like because you threw it out...

- i just broke a knuckle but i kept it and what do ya no 5 min. later i found the other half.

It sounds like you need a new knuckles and a new dogbone. Get both in GPM and it should hold up.
