Give it a nice coat of something interesting, light panel lines, maybe a gfc or two. I'd love to see light purple with lime accents, its a very successful combo and should be fairly unique.

don't rice the gtr.
purple and lime? whoever thought of that?
btw it's GTR, not skyline. it's not based from a skyline car, so it cannot be called a skyline.

i think an arctic blue would fit just right.

I like the red spoiler with yellow stripes, did that take you long to paint it? Ohh, what am I saing, you didnt paint it, or did you, but just the same color it was before..... lol.

Even though I hate that car, and hate ricers, paint the hood black. It may look ricy(if thats what you want, I dont care). Also, some new rims would be a good start, because the hole body can revolve around the best rims for the car.

Since when does paint has anything to do with ricing? This really isn't about making it look boring and realistic, it already is. If you're gonna make a whole project out of a car, make it worth the time and make it unique in some way.

BORING!?!?!?
painting it with lime green and purple makes it look like a psychadelic colorblind ricey hack job's car!

metallic blue. that's what i'm gonna say.
graphics...something that goes with blue.
and since when is a black hood rice?
tons of muscle cars had black hoods.
why not japanese cars?

If anything, go and try color combos in NFSPS or Undercover to experiment with everything.

the nfs games suck...
do the blitz gtr
http://lh4.ggpht.com/acokane/SKHdFNS...#37;5B4%5D.jpg
that's not as ricey as something you'd get from NFS.
it's not random stickers, it's orchestrated chaos

Why don't all of you guys do all the "great" ideas you have suggested, yourselves?
I'm sure you could all pull them off, and maybe have some COTM material.

Make a time-attack styled or high aerodynamic themed bodykit from styrene.

Anyway.

UPDATE: 19/12/08

Lowered the body:

Before:

After:

*hint hint* look at one of the rims......

And I drilled holes in the mufflers:

More to come VERY soon....

I have decided that this will be my drifter. I am experimenting will all sorts of material for tires right now.

Keep me informed on the drifting part. Got one for my son, I know he will want to make it drift.

drift required upgrades:
1: AWD
2: some kind of slippery tape over all 4 tires.
and that's about all you need to drift.

some goodies include ball bearings, stage2 motor or similar (thought the s2 is a bit slow imo),suspension and steering upgrade, wheel upgrade if you or your son is really picky about what his wheels look like

stuff you'll probably not need to drift well:
fet upgrades, motors that need fet ugrades, lithium

anything else is just preference and tuning along with some things like chassis and aluminum parts, etc.

that's looking good tayyab. like how you cut the discs off of the wheels.
exhaust leds in the future?

Ok, got some more work done.

I cut out the discs in the rims, painted them silver and lowered the body even more.
I'll let the pics do further talking. Outdoor pics this time:

So what do you guys think?:::

BTW how are the rims?:::
