I blended the front lip with some putty earlier today. I will sand it down when it dries and take some pictures (probably sometime tomorrow).

I'm going to the hobby shop in a few minutes to pick up some primer. I blended the lip some more, now I just have to shoot it with primer. Once I fill in all the little imperfections, I am ready for the first coat of paint.

I am also in the process of sanding down my Falken Trueno autoscale, and I am going to make a custom front bumper for it since I stole the lip from it to use on my pink AE86. I will be using the side skirts and rear bumper that came with it, and I will be painting it white with black bumpers.

I'll post some pictures when I have both bodies primered.

Thanks for the replies guys!

I primered the whole body, and added putty to fill some small imperfections.

In case you are wondering why there is a little cut in the hood, that is where a tow hook will be going.

Let me know what you think!

I actually liked your stitch idea that you tried on the side skirts, I may borrow that for my own racing 86. Body kit is defenetly smooth, but also seems way too plain and kyosho-like. Consider adding a few more strips of styrene to liven it up. You've already started the project and haven't lost the desire to finish, so make it worth the time and money dude.

Not everything needs to be busy and full of vents and crap... His design is clean and simple. Pretty sure he's done it exactly to his liking, worth his time and money.
