Default Knuckle not sliding

i encountered a problem with one of my front knuckles on my Gen1 after installing sealed bearings.

You know how the shaft just slides in? for one of them, i have to pretty much snap and click it in, and it doesn't roll nearly as freely as the other shaft does. Both knuckles now have the wide track bearings installed. I know its not the bearings because I've tried switching them over multiple times and it's always the same knuckle.

I got frustrated and just ordered GPM silver knuckles from asiatees, but god knows how long that will take and I need a way to run it right now. Anyone have any suggestions?

if you can fit some sand paper in it sand it a little, but obviously very little, it'd suck to over do it and end up being loose

Are you sure that you don't have 2 widetrack bearings in the same knuckle ?

i think it's a bit of messed up plastic and I haven't been able to really fix it.

Dontspamme, it is 2 widetrack bearings in the same knuckle. I've read that the front requires widetrack in both knuckles (cause i run RWD) while the rear only needs the outer knuckles.

In that case, try a differnt knuckle or lubing it. And buying the GPM knuckle might be like this as they fit quite tight. But nothing like running it a few times won't fix.
