well i could do that if my diff was not stripped! the blue gear that the axel goes in is perfectly round now so the axel just rolles around in there

Wow Kenney, I guess no one else understands what you mean until now. I understand what you mean, the axle is stripped, like the gearing is worn all the way down right? Well, I got some sites you should probally try, if you haven't allready

atomicmods.com (great service, over-the-top prices, which isn't good)
undergroundxmods.com (great prices, and for what i've seen good products)
xmodsinternational.com (only the UK store is currently open, and they're adding stuff)

Well, I hope that helps out a little bit, and if you can't find anything there, go ahead and keep looking on eBay like luk3 said... and you should probally ask around for one in the buy/sell/trade section of the site. Hope that helps!

If i were to lock the diff that is in it there would only be power going to one wheel and eventually that one would strip too that plastic is just to easy to break! I need alloy

There is no Gen1 alloy diff. There are EVO diffs, but even parts of them are plastic. I have seen a hell of alot of GPM sites too. Youre best bet is just to get a new one and lock er up tight.

you know that is what everyone say lock it. I have 3 or 4 that are locked and when you lock them you are putting more strain on the rear end when you give it throttle. They just simply need to make alloy ones. The plastic ones are to brittle and can't handle the torque. I here the evo diffs are stronger. Is that true? Cause I know for a fact that the gen 1 diffs suck I have 7 cars and only 4 diff left. The hole in the little blue gear where the axel goes in has a flat spot which gets wore out i have rounded out 2 of them now. You can put a piece of round stock into it
