I had just gotten myself a Nissan GTR (Street Series) and i'm wanting to pick up some performance parts. I have found a website xmodsinternational.com but it seems that they are sold out of mostly everything which doesn't matter seeing I dont know what I should get. I was hoping some one would have some info on parts and tips on what I should do/get for my xmod. Thanks

Hey welcome. The best spot to get performance parts would either be ebay, atomicmods.com, or xmodsinternational(when they have stuff in stock). Those are the best places I can think of. Good luck with the project.

Welcome to the hobby and the site. The first few Upgrades I suggest are the Metal bearings Upgrade AWD upgrade and the suspension and steering upgrade. Also look into the stage 2 motor and tire upgrade.......There is just so many things you can do. start with these and work your way to heavy stuff. here is a few links

enjoy

Thanks for the links. I went to atomic mods and they didn't seem to have an street models parts (my manual says its a street model but I've seen my particular car in the evo set...not sure what to do) Also, should I need a sodering gun because it seems alot of the things ive seen people do they needed one. Thanks again

Xmod evo and street chassis are the same so parts for the Xmod Evo will work for your vehicle.

You want a soldering IRON not a gun. I recommend a 15 watt unit from Wal Mart or Radio Shack. You will also need solder. My favorite solder is Radio Shack silver bearing solder. A couple other things that will help make soldering easier is flux and desoldering braid. If you need any help in the future be sure to ask and if you don't feel comfortable doing something yourself this site has "approved service providers" such as myself that can help with a variety of upgrades/custom services at VERY reasonable prices.
