Default practically free spring upgrade

ok so i was looking at my mechanical pencils and my xmods and realized i can put these springs in my xmods. so i took out 4 of my springs and put them in barricade. here are some pictures of the results.

Stock Spring:

Pencil Spring:

Stock(On car):

Pencil(On Car):

Comparison(On car):

(left is stock, right is pencil)

Some benifits of this is that i have a stiffer suspension which i like. and it handles better

EDIT: can someone make these smaller... i cant

Default Super find!

Would have been a better use for my pencils than throwing them away, I always break the Leads!!

not to follow in the foots steps of bumping the old thread. but since its up...

does anyone know if these are just the springs out of the cheapo black BIC mechanical pencils? or a different brand? if so which?

Seems like it would be a great edition to the rally car chassis but i dont want to go buy a pack of pencils and have it be the wrong one.
