can the caps on a motor be replaced with a turbo? and if not where can i get spare caps?

a turbo is capacitor pretty much, if you want cheap caps and motors go to a store and buy cheap toy train etc. they have motors, or go to atmicmods and buy the stock xmod motors and salvage them, only $1 a peice :P, shippin like $5 i think though
