Skylines are nice, especially the R32, but I'd take an FD RX-7 over the Skyline. Because the FD is the easiest to control because of its front-midship layout. Meaning overall placement of the engine is just behind the center-line of the front axles.

FYI, Skyline engines are mounted in a North/South fashion. Meaning that it can easily be converted to RWD use as opposed to West/East engine mounted cars like the Lan Evo which can't be converted to RWD, but FWD instead.

Just thought I'd share some info incase some don't know.

They make rear end conversions you know. The Evo 8 in Tokyo Drift is all wheel drive but oh wait rear end conversion........wierd
