Well, I got the mains parts for the sled cut.

The big piece is the base plate, the medium one is the skid plate and the smaller one is the weight box base. Need to cut out some walls for the base plate and weight box.

Well, I got the base plate sides welded on (dad did that, I couldn't weld to save my life x.x). Went to try the sled empty and the trucks wouldn't budge it. So for now, I'm using a plastic piece cut out to act like the base.

New magnets are on the way. I hope to have them within the next 2 weeks.

Trailer is looking good. I like how the weight moves forward while the trailer moves. Looks very realistic.

The truck looks awesome. And the trailer looks good so far too.

It has enough power to pull the plastic base, but not the full metal one, that's why I'm waiting on some new magnets to hopefully get some more torque out of it.

maybe lighten up the metal one by making the walls even and grinding down the welds

Well, it's been awhile. I was rummaging through the mess I call my room and found these not finished, so I figured I'd bring it back.

In their currents states, both are just rollers with electronics. I have no motors that will suit them. I tried installing mags into a motor but that ended in disaster. So one question I have, anyone know any high torque motors I could buy?

Edit: Has anyone used this? Seems like it might work, but I want some opinions first.
