You should paper mache the cracks and stuff, so its smoother. It'd make it more durable too. Then, spray paint it.

LOL that is awesome!
Kudos for the effort, paper bodies are hard enough to make from a template let alone from scratch. There should be a place or two online where you can find the FC3S in a paper-model format, if you're interested in making a slightly more photo-realistic paper body.
