Default Supra MKiii

Well i finally got one, Took a while but finally found one. Its a 1988 5spd targa with 150k miles They guy said it needed paint but after a week of waxing and buffing it cleaned up nicely. When i bought it it was BONE STOCK and owned by an older guy. Took care of the engine but didnt take care of the paint. so i cleaned her up good.

Pretty nice color and looks like it is in good shape for it being an 88 nice find. Is it an automatic or a standard?

yeah smokeys car was simply art. yeah 2JZ would fit in this car easy. just not the best amount of room for the radiator ac compressor etc. kind of really tight fit actually.

Oh. My. God.

A 2jz with twins does 200mph now.

I'd be afraid to see what a highly modified one would do.

Anyways, nice White. I drove a red one a buddy of mine had, it was by no means fast.. but definitely a fun car to drive. It was a 5 speed as well. I wanted it pretty bad.

Looks like it's in **** good shape. Do a nice motor swap, get a GOOD suspension for it, and some nice wheels with sticky tires and make that ***** handle.

Actually the person that said 2JZ-GTE pushes 200 stock. is wrong.. they make around 300 + . then if he went BPU he would be a happy guy. stock 2JZ can handle up to 1000 BHP. but not to relaibly. mines 2jz-Ge.it has the same crank as the TT so if you need any questions about supra i can just about answer what ever you need to know about the soups

My car stock makes 200HP. 2jz-gte's make about 320-329 HP stock. a Stock 2jz-GE makes 220 hp ans a turbo 7mgte engine makes 220-230 HP.
