well i went to rs and got me a corvette and i saw they had the baricade bk so i grabbed one. and i am not gonna drill any holes in the body of my F150. so i couldnt find a way to power it soloy off of AAAs. so i am using a zip zap light piece as a extention. very ruff concept but refined when done.

so pics this is the zip zap piece. im using as a extentsion

where the wires come out..its teh antenna hole so i just need to set up wires and its all good to go.

you know the little rubber sqeezy balls that you sqeeze and flashing lights go off? well they normally have three colors, red, blue, and green(most common colors). well you cut the ball open and take out the lights. desolder the green light and mount it up and you have some red and blue flashing lights!

Isnt there some kinda Ep / Electro board into that, Would you have too use that too, Or could you just run them off the exsiting wires?

thanks for all the input... i need to find a more practicle way of extening and connecting the wires so the flasher can work. i alwso need a better place to put it. cause in the back it just looks bad. im gonna go on a led assembly site and order a kit or 2. cause they are gonna be orange and im hoping to make a set of spotlights. the lights that are behinf the plow. on the racks that shine over teh plow. im gonna make those. also the 6cell upgrade i got is 2 big to fit the truck body...and it wont fit any body i have. so its somewhat a block in the road right now. SPR is sending me a drive shaft...Thanks man.... so once i get that im gonna get crackin on this.

so my list to do is followed
1.Get drive shaft
2.Get light assembly
3.Get orange L.E.Ds
4.Build rake for spot lights
5.Install flashunit
6.Working lightbar in bed
7.Sleep

I wanna see the last part on your list of things to do!, lol, just kidding.

I think we already have a tire tut. here, I dont know really.

It looks kinda like the plow is straight, I'm sure most of the real plows on real trucks (and yea cars too) are facing some other way, so the snow goes off to the side. Hope it turns out nicely
