Default Why me??

Today I finally got ahold of some batteries and drove my XMOD. BARELY. it drives like garbage, problems steering while driving, i cant go in reverse for more than a few inches, and when i do it sounds like there is hair in there or something so i completely took my EVO apart and used air duster and cleaned everything then rebuilt my baby and yet, none of my problems are fixed. does anyone have any suggestions? all i can think of is save up and buy all new parts, hopefully some GPM but i dont have money and wont be seeing any for a while so im hoping there is something else i can do. please help. thank you.

are you useing rechargeable batteries? i have had some simular problems with nonrechargable batteries, also make sure the batteries are fresh old batteries are like a death threat.

and dont go buying gpm until you figure out the problem, it sounds more like an electrical problem, gpm wont fix it,it just replaces the stock parts

I'm using some brand new duracell coppertop NONrechargeable batteries I just bought today. my piece of **** radioshack rechargeables are in the freezer (thanks lol) right now, I gotta wait til they are done to see if the problems will go away and to see if my batteries are fixed, but I can't wait, haha. I'm not any good with too technical of stuff, and I know nothing about the circuitry or elecs so I'm not sure if I will ever figure out the problem. I just gotta keep tryin new things.

Check control batteries. The light should be bright red, if not change battery guy.
