Go with Li-Ions if your new to liths then you less likely to blow yourself up! Spend a year or so working with them then move to Li-Pols..... seriously guys amatuers shouldn't play with li-polys.... you have been warned!

If your asking about it, you won't need LiPo for your application.
Go with Li-Ion. More speed than you'll ever need.

I see that somes Li-poly they indicate 10C, 12C, 15C, 18C or 20C High discharge rate. This means higer discharge current gives you powerful acceleration. In this case, the Li-poly is better or Li-Ion have more discharge current rate?

yes 10+ C is safe i have 15C and 20C lipos on my stock xmods. and with lipos the common thing said is go with li ion bc they are safer just bc of the metal casing on it (which is true but they both are still very dangerous if you dont have any prior knowledge). only go with lithium in general if you are comfortable working with it
