i have ad this happen on mine, what it as on mine was i didn't have the diff tight enough when i glued it and it was putting a big strain on the bushing because it was wanting to put them outward. did it slip back in the diff case very snuggly or did it slide in like normal? another thing could be that the superglue on the side that has the bushing closest to the diff ran out a little and isn't etting the bushing sit al the way on the diff.

what i did to fix that issue was use a exacto knife and start wittling away at the superglue to get it back down to where it needs to be.
