ive dont a lot of custom exhaust and you dont use torches my friend lol. A+ way of blowing your self up and killing your self.

hack saw, saw zall, cutting wheel. NO FLAMAGE. welding is the very most flame you want when doing exhaust. lots of grease and oil under rigs that likes to catch fire. open flames are no bueno.


are you going body lift or suspension lift? becarefull of cheap kits. you get what you pay for. sometimes they arnt worth it cuz they set you suspension so out of wack your travel sucks, you cant align it so your eating your exspensive mud tires like crazy, and they make it hell for people like me who work in a alignment/suspension shop to fix your **** truck when something goes out. cheap kits are not the way to go 99% of the time. needs to be done right. Number one reason id make my own lift kit for anything that was SFA.
suspension lift for sure. I'd be going with a good brand name, like fabtech or skyjacker. As for torches, theres nothing under mytruck at that area, i'm using for HEATING, not cutting. I heat the exhast pipe to bend it back more so i could recess the tips more. I'm handy with the torches, and where i'd have to cut, the fuel tank is no where near. I enshrouded it in sheet metal anyways so highly unlikely that it'd get sparks. No oil leaks or anything, frames rusty but its sturdy yet. i wanna swap out the axels for something better built, i'm thinking explorer axels because disk brakesa ll the way around. reason i say that is with a v8, i'm not sure my axels would hold out.

Flowmaster sounds too hollow to me, like it gurgles too much, plus that's a 4 liter mines 3.
well your exhaust, your truck do as you like. but heating and bending is the last thing i would do. that just puts a nice crease in it and kills the air flow and performance.

you really need to do it right and start over in my opinon, and get something made for your truck/custom not try to bend and heat something to fit. not a good addition. but to each their own. i just like to do my **** right, i know my customers would be throwing rocks at me and id be out of a home if i did **** half assed like that.


swaping front axles would be good, but not nessesary. but a dana 60's would serve very well under there.

i like your color scheme supressor. i didn't read this entire thread unfortunately, but what method are you going to use to lift it? it looks like blocks would be the cheapest thing for you. rather than screw with a new front valence, how about a bullbar? as for the girl, it's amazing how people can try and speculate that a girl looks good just from seeing her backside, besides that thing holding a bra in its hand and having long hair, how would you know it's not a guy?

lawl...jeffrey star has a more girly *** than her. 4" blocks wouldn't cost you any more than $60 and you could do that in a day with a friend and a couple of jacks
