i decided to do a supra project, had a spare body so here it is.
its going to be 2 tone. i liked how well the colors were on the nova. so i am going to use those 2 colors for the 2 tone. champagne gold and kandy purple pearl. i have the first color down. plans for this are liths, radline modified motor, alluminum evo chassis, and some other little tid bits. heres some pics

Thats just the name of the specific engine they used in certant models..If you really wanted to name it somthing it would have to be like Supra RL [[radline]]

I'd call it "My Supra" or if you had two and had to be more specific, you could call this one your "My other Supra"... Oh yea...

Looks good so far, interested in seeing how clean the separation is between layers.

two-tone isnt that hard , you just got to make sure the paint is dry when you mask off half of it lol

i ran out of the kandy purple pearl and they wre out so i had to change it to the purple pearl. but on my nova project which im updating shortly that is the kandy purple pearl.

as for all the diffrent names, why? thanks for the comments on the names, but i really dont care about the name as much as i care about the mods to it. thanks though guys.

heres some updates, got it taped off and painted, and i ran out of the kandy purple pearl, so i went to get some more and they don't know when they will get more in. i picked up some grape pearl instead. turned out ok. had a couple paint issues i had to fix, but it looks good now. heres some pics.
I'm finding that different lighting condition really affects hows these colors show up. some areas by the spoiler in the one pic looks real light, but its fine. its not light.

now wait for my chassis to show up and get to work on that. got a few more plans for the body. and gotta take the tape off the windows and do the trim.

I would remask up the purple and do another coat, it looks a lil thin in some spots.

yeah like i was saying about the colors, diffrent lights make it look different. like near the spoiler if the light hits it right it looks like no gold. ill see what i can do though.
