Default Tamiya 1/32 Mini 4WD?

Im woundering if anyone here has one of these and how well they work. Id like to get into a smaller scale. I found one on ebay i kinda like. Any help would be great.

They're ridiculously fast given the right motor...


I just hope you don't mind the lack of radio control.

So.. if you don't control it, and they are really really fast.. how do you catch them? Wait until they smack into something and flip over?

Where the heck is the fun in that?

They're raced on enclosed tracks, if I am not mistaken. See this video: Tamiya 1/32 Mini4WD.

The slow motion reply of the car smacking into the wall and flipping.

Edit, Donzii. Holy crap thats fast. The way they stopped it was amazingly odd.

It's like those powered hotwheels cars, but running on pure methamphetamines with a hint of kikane. That's wildly fast!

All I did was put them in the bath tub and watch them free-style over the smooth porcelain...
