If their feedback is ever less than 100% go find whatever negative feedback has been left for them.

The only person I've bought from several times is feelinfroggy765. (sorry if I'm not supposed to name names. pm me and I'll remove it.)
They usually have upgrades and I've never had a problem.
I also agree with the others about checking the feedback rating.

like they said just make sure they have a great feedback and make sure you understand everything before you buy. especially any taxes or shipping cost. some people do combine shipping so make sure that you contact the person unless they tell you what to do to get the combined cost

Oh yeah.
always, always, ALWAYS read EVERYTHING on a page before buying.
There's always some time of "small" print that can leave you stuck with no money or item, if not paid attention to.
