Go HS-55 or something similar for the servo. Better responce, pretty much the same size as well.

Its response time is just as crappy as the stock xmod servo because of a cheapo radio system, however, it kicks the stock servo's butt when it comes to full lock steering, as the radi is decreased majorly! I'm running one in my track car currently, and although the glitches are still noticeable (especially with a tuned tie rod system) steering is improved a ton...

Well, in all of the response to the HS55, it could fry the fets...well according to Bondo.
See, what makes me wonder is that Xmodification got his to work, REDSX got his to work on stock gen1 fets(we all know about these), yet on the EVO Bondo fried one of his FETs...

I don't think it was the servo that fried the FETs, but the trial and error install for it that did the trick. There really isn't a huge knowledgebase on the subject. I've seen a few with the HS55 on various forums...

Which really surprises me, because in my servo swap, I had to mess around with a few wires before I found the right combo. The only thing you'd have to worry about is the servo not performing the way it should. For example, locking to one side...
