Just Did Tight Turn Mod, Turning Left Makes Noise

Hey guys, I just finished doing the 3.3K resistors on the servo wires. I can turn right perfectly but if I turn left i get a constant noise until I let off that sounds like the servo when it goes left right. Aka that mechanical whirring/winding noise. If i turn the steering trim down it goes away but when driving the car clearly right turns are better then left. I tried finding what part I need to trim but not finding any specifics. Thanks

P.S: Not sure this is related but turning left my diff slips a lot more then turning right.
