Default ling427ttvette's Xmod garage.

I know I have the other thread, but it's already cluttered and I want a fresh start with all of my cars in here.

First, the most up to date pictures of my collection:

Now, each car:

Gen 1 chassis, was a Civic. Traded body + wheels and clip for Supra + bk.
Mods:
White Stage 2
Yellow springs in front, mono shock with blue spring in back.
Bumblebee wheels.

Barricade.
Mods:
AWD

Bumblebee, or was anyway.
Mods:
AWD
Red springs all around
GPM rear knuckles + dogbones + heat sink.
Command logic lights
Locked rear diff.
Candy Apple red paint job.
Slammed wheels with car tires.
Have nylock metal lugs, not installed.

I still need to do some finishing touches to Bumblebee, so don't worry guys!

NSX.
Mods:
AWD
Red Stage 2
Blue springs all around
Custom body lowering
Custom body work, all smooth. Still working on the finishing touches of the paint, obviously..

F-150.
Mods:
Locked front and rear diffs.
Lift kit + off-road tires on Titan wheels.
AWD
Bumpsteer mod
Blue springs in the back + cut springs between knuckles and shock mounts all around. Ask for pictures if you don't know what I mean.
Body lift.
Articulation mod.
Stage 2 with 8-25 gears.
6 cell mod.

Titan.
Mods:
Shares a chassis with the F-150, it's my spare body.. aka my shelf queen. The F-150 is for play.

One thing I discovered guys, is that Mothers Carnauba Cleaner car wax works AWESOME on our Xmods.. the Titan and F150 both received it, as well as the Camaro. Barricade is about to get it, I might do some before and after pictures of that.

What do you guys think?

I might ask my dad for some of his "Adams Collector Car Shine" to use on my XMODS. Very nice collection. I thought the NSX was done and painted black..

Well, the NSX was done with the black paint, but when I got the silver metallic base coat for the paint on the Camaro, I had to know what the NSX looked like with it, so I sprayed it that color and left the hood black, I was hooked. Here's a picture of that:

I like it alot more than just the black, most people don't though..

Thanks for the compliments!

The F-150 is a little different now..

I still need to figure out what to do with the rear clip.. but I also think I need to lift the body even higher.. not sure. I like this look alot better.

Only problems are steering is limited now, so I am considering a relocation of the battery tray, an HS-55 servo is more than likely in it's future, although I didn't want a crawler at first, I think this made me want one..

And, I will be tearing the chassis down and painting alot of stuff black now that alot of parts are showing.

And, if anyone has a truck chassis laying around they don't need.. let me know. I think I'm going to do a street truck with the Titan..

Wow, this one could use an update.

New Xmods added since thread creation:

1967 Camaro:

It is sitting on the NSX's old chassis.

I finished the NSX:

It is now sitting on the bare Gen 1 chassis from the first post.

The F-150 got a paint job:

Got rid of the 6 cell, BLT custom built a high torque motor for it and gave it new battery trays.

The Titan got it's own chassis:

It's got the lift kit, AWD, and a custom motor that doesn't work for crap. Now, the whole chassis doesn't even work.

It's going to receive this Titan body when I'm finished with it:

And, the Bumblebee chassis has received much more GPM:

I think that's about it for now, hopefully someday within a month or two I'll have alot more to add.

Updated pictures of the 67:

Nice fat stance back there now.

Decided I didn't like the cowl hood so I took it off, and decided to try these wheels again and I think I like them. I just need to buy another set or two of them...

I agree. I need two more sets, for the Bumblebee and my NSX, because I like those wheels on all of those cars.

Hell, I'd probably rock them on Barricade.

What length chassis does the new Vette sit on? I don't think I want one of these new chassis but I really want the Vette.

I doubt just the body will be up for sale very soon though.

You bet it is. Car looks complete with it finally. I just need to touch up that shiny spot on the front grille and it should be about perfect. There's a runny spot on the body from the factory or whatever, if I was brave enough I would attempt sanding it but I'm not going to.

I need to put this car on a roller chassis because I really have the urge to take it out and drive it. I won't let my urge get the best of me though.. I would cry if I put a scratch on it. The 67 is by far my favorite Xmod.
