well last update for now, trying to paint it tomorrow, if it doesnt make the comp you will see it here


i was bored and trying to seal off the bondo, then i went for the fresh from body work type paint for now





some chassis shots, i think im going to paint all the orange yellow, what do you guys (and girls) think?

then don't do a completely black chassis....do a black and yellow chassis to match the body. paint all the orange parts black and all the gray parts yellow.

Nice project dude! try using flat black for the chassis and if you use flat black on the body, later you can use Smoke (transperant black) to make it shine like crazy .

thanks, i have just "black" after alittle while of picking it up and stuff it will look flat, i think im going to get a special flat clear (kind of a oxymoron) from my bro to do the black

ITS FINISHED!!!!! well not really

i got the white base coat down






some chassis



its not perfect but who cares thats pretty much just a seal

going to wet sand it with 1200 let it dry real good and paint it yellow

looking good so far and thew yellow on the orange peices looks good just get it more yellow i can kinda see the oronge still.but looking good so far

thanks, i have added a few more coats of yellow to the rear and the plate over the electronics, just forgot to take pics of it

if i was you i would spray paint the body.. in my opinion spray paint looks better than hand paint... same for air brush... but i would do air brush or a can :-)... looks good so far

i plan to airbrush the body, i havent hand painted a body in a long time,

thanks, i do have one stock color one, but if i can get the ones from sweed i will be painting it and maybe selling it (not the S331)

The Mirrors need touching up. The Mesh looks great. What are you going to do with the orange parts?
