small update; i painted the mirrors. more pics of the semi-finished product will come tomorrow or the next day

what should i use to get some of the minor scuffs and surface scratches out of the paint???

Polishing compound. I use Turtle Wax brand. Wax doesn't have any grit so it won't level the imperfections out. So, use polishing compound.

Paint scheme is good! Nice work!

I was skeptical about your two-tone idea but you pulled it off! It came out great. I like that you strayed away from the traditional two tone paint scheme and made your own; it almost looks like a luxury car now (minus the wing).

around 5 or 6 o'clock is best i would think when the sky is bright but the sun isnt beating down
