Decrease Gen 1 Steering Play
1. Do the steering knuckle trim first.
2. Slipped a piece of heat shrink tubing over the end piece and begin shrinkage process. 3. Use screwdriver to pierce a small hole through through the tierod hole. 4. You may have to "work" the hole in the heatshrink because fitting the tierod initially is a bit too stiff for the servo to handle. |

Ahh, this is old school.
You can also use the heat shrink tubing that is on the ends of the axles in the gen1 starter kits. Works great to kill the slop.
