Btw, dude how would you feel if you were some ignorant little kid that spent all his Christmas money on what he thought would be the coolest xmod ever. Then that dreadful wait for it to come in the mail. Not to mention the disbelief, Sadness, and hatred after opening up the box and getting nothing more then a xmod with a battery taped to it.. Imagine the feeling of the kid when he figures out it don't even work. Imagine if that kid were your child, what would you do about it?

hehehehe That's funny, the poster of that listing has finally come to the forum You know if you really dont want to get your self embarrassed just show us a picture of ALL the wiring or a mere vid.... It's so obvious to any of us that the stock pcb cant run off a 9v battery or even 8.4 volts (so why would yours be able to run off of 9.6). However even if you did mod the pcb with some type of "super" fets that dont exist, the board would still highly overheat, and unless you have a water cooling system of some sort inside that xmod (which clearly you dont, you dont even have the stock pcb cover off). Anyhow that battery pack probably sucks too, its probably like 650mah compared to aaa bats that run 850mah+. Besides how evil do you have to be to scam an innocent human being? And your username makes no sense either... what did the forum ever do to you? You humiliated yourself don't blame the forum, we just found your lousy post.... Huhhhh..... kids these days

Must not read anything about them then because if he did he would know that the biggest part of modding an xmod is being able to mod your chassis as far as your pockets will allow and then putting a BODY on it. Who wants a chassis with a battery pack sitting on top of it racing around a track or sitting on your shelf? So you can say I have the fastest battery pack ever built? And if someones mother actually bought that thing for her child looking like that she needs to be slapped. I wouldn't let my kids near something that looks like a bomb with wheels.

i'd say that even if the car did run off of 9.6 volts (which, it doesn't...not for long, anyways) the extra weight from that battery pack and the fact that you couldn't fit anything smaller than the H2 body on there pretty much renders the car useless...not to mention that it's top heavy. by the way, i'm not a 14 year old kid, i'm a 26 year old electrical tech and if you've got anything intelligent to say, you may as let us know...otherwise, you just look like an ignorant fool that strapped a big *** battery to the top of an xmod.

As the kid I would feel horrible. For a while I'd cry my eyes out, then mope around for a few days.

As the parent I'd demand a refund, plus more if possible, just as restitution, then I would go ahead to the Xmod experts (here on XMS) and get a REAL Xmod that'll work for more than a foot, and go much faster than 37MPH.
