0-60 in 5.7 and can still achieve 30 mpg highway.

And that's the biggest sedan Chevy has. Christ, the Escalade is about as fast as that Corolla.

But, in both cases, HEAVY, FWD, sedans. And the Impala SS would be far more fun to drive then the Corolla IMO. With a price around 31k, is probably cheaper too.

It's a four door coupe. When I think "exciting," I think of a two door convertable with a very high end V6 or some sort of V8, not a Toyota Camry.

But, that's just my opinion.

That's an oxymoron. A traditional coupe is 2 doors.

Turbocharged Direct-injected 2 liter turbo-4 putting out 260 hp and 260 ft lb of torque (same as the Solstice GXP). 0-60 in the low 5s, and test-n-tuned suspension on the Nurburgring... Starting in the low to mid 20s I believe. Coming out late this year I think...

Tex in your video it sounds like 1 or 2 cylinders are off the timing...

Found a 2004 sierra 2500 SLT w/ qsteer its fully loaded, and very nice. Guy want 51 900 for it though which is incredibly steep...

You can't have individual cylinders off timing in my car.

But you can have it firing on 5, volvo style!

Been having fuel injector problems (bad fuel injectors that short out, cause the ECM to over heat, and it decided to shut the car down when it feels, and couldn't take any heavy load). replaced the two injectors that were really bad, one was just barely below spec so I left it be. But barely below spec kicked my *** after 2 hours of driving, lol. Disconnected the injector and limped home V5 style.

i have to agree, JDM 100% ftw...i mean you'll never see an american car as stylish as a good JDM ride...for example...

100% authentic JDM mesh, to spiral the incoming air onto your radiator to get a better air/air mixture and assure maximum cooling (it works so well that's actually ice you see on the mesh)

and baby blue wire loom to show your aggressive side, while also protecting your wires from UV harm and allowing better visibility so you can splice in your boost guage

that was trial and error my friend...that ALL got rid of not long after those images were taken. The blue loom got replaced and the mesh was completely removed. Try and keep it up to date why dont you, besides that....those Civics are pur **** anyhow! lol

nice try though.

As for the Skyline power/performance....
sure, it may be a tad slower off the line, but dont forget...its 18 years old, besides that, i can easily bring the HP up with minimal efforts, so again.....USDM ftl
Shoot, I could throw money at a geo metro and make it faster than your skyline. It would still be a geo metro. There are many benefits to factory performance, and everyone has their own opinion. On any account, it is still faster than your car regardless of your cars age. You could throw parts on it, and the owner of the other car could throw parts on theirs. If you keep bolting enough parts on their it will beat anything....but right now, it is faster.

of course with newer technology comes more advanced engineering, more power to even a 4 cyl engine w/supercharger and/or turbocharger soforth.
But to bring an 18 year old car even into a picture such as this that still can play with the newest toys of today....Priceless!

Geo Metro....I doubt youll catch a Skyline with 800HP or an RB26DETT with 1300HP, lets hit the track and ill almost guarantee your Geo will be in the ditch where it belongs. But ill bet my *** that you cant even produce the 250HP/235TQ out of that ****box! bwhahahahaahah

The wheels on the Civic.....18" 5-star Klassen

lol...warp speed captain?

pfft...like surg said, you can always make car A faster than car B with the right engineering and/or boltons
