Ive been to europe alot and the saturn astra is the opel astra and the saturn aura is the opel vectra (my uncle has one quite fast 220km)

Wow. My 1.5l Honda can still spin the tires and it also has 160km. And my dad's accord can spin the tyres and it has 230km. Spining the tires depends on the torque output of the engine or how long you want to risk the clutch. Or something like that...
