Thanks dude! I might switch the battery holder to something else but i'll see how the body and everything turns out first before I do any other changes.

THat is very cool. Are you going to mount the truck bed to the rear so it articulates all the way? If you arn't you might want to raise the body. Otherwise it is freaking awsome!

LOL - I got alot of room for a few more things but I need to finish a few other things before I try to add in all those details. The ride height is exactly what I want it to be - I might have to widen the wheel wells just abit though.

Thanks guys! The bed is attatched to the cab, because of the servo motor and the ride height I had to raise the bed a few cm in order to have space for the rear to articulate without being obstructed or hitting the bottom of the bed. I'm going for a more realistic look hence the ride hieght - it will be able to articulate more with a custom rear mount that i'll install.

More stuff to come soon.

I got the battery holder from Radio Shack.

Thanks for the comments guys!

I did a few more detail work on the body so here's the pics so far:

Some of the details are not glued in yet - I still have to paint them and then I'll glue them in. (JUST A MOCK UP)

Thanks for watching guys!

Thanks for all the comments - I really appreciate them!

I was kinda busy this past weekend but I was able to get a few more detail work done and I have also put on the first paint coats (base color).

Here's a few pics of the project so far (nothing is glued in yet - it's just a mock up for now):

I painted the interior and the engine plus I added a few more details to them. The front grille now has custom clear headlamps so it should look more realistic than just a LED sticking out front.

More updates should be coming soon.
