front axle missing... and mine is a 99 too good year... but mine came with a 2.5

its the front differential, i didnt think the 2.5 was introduced until 02

idk i was younger when i got it but i know for sure i had a 2.5 and i blew it up... went through like 8 gallons and then locked up... took it to a hobby store and got a .15 for 90 buks... ran it once then let it sit for a year or 2 then tried to run it and i couldnt get it started so then i gave up on it

mine sat for 3 years and it ran after i got a new tank fuel lines and glow plugs (fuel turned to jelly) but not well so i got a new piston and sleeve kit so it still runs,i was goin to get a vid but starter battery was dead maybe tomorrow

Blue514life, why is your cooling head silver? Mine is blue and it is a TRX.15 too. My Nitro Stampede has a single speed and does wheelies on demand. I actually bent my aluminum wheelie bar and bent some screws on the bar's wheels in crashes and high speed wheely crashes. I can barley keep my 2 front tires on the ground.

it is or was blue and you have to understand mine has a lot of run time in the sun and its about 9 almost 10 years old, mine is about equal to the stampede, (what i mean is i have no front wheel drive), and it wont pull a wheelie, my friends 3.3 has broken i think 3 wheelie bars, and i made it do a wicked awsome crash, end over end into a cartwheel and then up a horse fence leaning against a poll, it was the coolest crash i have seen and the truck just drove away like nothing happened to it, wish i could have had it on video.

My 2 worst crashes were one by my dad where the front end smashed off(only pics are on my phone) and when I hit my friend's Nitro Pede and did many flips and cartwheels; not a scratch on mine....just a lot of dirt.
