sorry guys ++ girls but i am on work experince for 2 weeks so no more updates for a little ehile however i may show you the paint i decide to buy, or i might do a teaser lol

ermm im not too sure about my laptop it was a gift for getting an A* in my french exam. but it says on it ACER extensa 5230E??
not much of a computer/laptop guy though sorry.

just an update for anyone that is following this thread. i went and bought some ebaboard 400 and 475. its light weight and suitable for modelbuilding so im gonna give it a go. will put pics up of that tonight

however i do not get my skyline back till monday because i am goig to le mans 2010

so i will uload pics later....
also i was wandering if a 5mm tube is to big fr a custom exaust?
have seen someone cut up an aerial somwhere but i dont wanna cut mine.
one more questio, for anyone that has got or used the little mesh on a car ca they post pics up please am deiding to use it or not.


sorry about missed letters or spelling mistakes, bought a toshiba nb100 and the keys are really small.

Update third post

well i have bought my aluminium tubing looks alright gotta do some cutting still

have made my front body mount because i was usin a civic and it sat too high.

bumper is coming along nicely cut it out and now just have to make the new adjustment pics up tonight...

well i finally got my pictures lol

welll i sanded the rear lip down to size and thats mostly done now.



rear bumper so far. - added fins needs sanding




this is the so called putty the guy sold me in my lhs. he said its just like putty but it sucks. lol i wanted to fill the hole next to the "number plate" but it just doesnt even do that. does it need toi be mixed or anything it didnt even come with instructions .LOL
any ideas??









had to make my own clip to lower it down.

yeah i see what you mean... will that do the same job as putty?
it still isnt completely cured so i am going to have to buy some body filler or something. i havent got a model shop close by.

might get some monday but will keep you posted.

got the exhaust mounts fitted now just need to sand them ready for the lip. but i got a lot of sanding to do

well here are the latest pictures of the build so far :
just bought some new sand paper
but i am having trouble with 1 light lens lol









still got to make the body wider and add a few details

xmodsNSX94; that's a lot of work you've been doing to that lady man. Lots of effort on fabricating your clip and wide body. It's getting there man!

There's a couple of products I like to use and they've worked great for me.
I use "plastic fusion" 2/part epoxy to "weld" plastic. I've made my clips, brackets, custom chassis mounts using it and it has never failed me; that thing about "welding plastic" is FOR REAL ha!

this other product I use it to do bodywork and things alike; it's called "quick-plastik" is a putty-like compound that when cured it hardens like plastic; it can be drilled, sanded, etc.etc..etc..

Both products have worked wonders; so far nothing that I've done with any of these has broke. I made a clip for a subaru body ( my beater) and it has taken more heat that a cooking pan and the sucker is mighty fine.
