sorry but no.
if we did that then we would have to either start another poll to determine who wins 3rd place(kinda pointless and would take too long)
or randomly choose who gets it wich is completely unfair to everyone else tied for third.

if it was a first or second place tie then we might go to another poll to decide but third is going a bit too far for all of that.
