GREETINGS from the Marriot Marquee, in a room overlooking Times Square (We got an upgrade apparently, cha-ching!). Wanted to pop in and see if any progress pics have been put up ;P. Anyways, good luck with the weather mate, I'm gonna go take a pee and stare out at the mesmerizing LCD billboards lol.

Nice job I had thought about this project earlier and almost asked how it was going. But the wheels look alot better with the black accents.

Good job man looks really clean. I've noticed with this color on the real ones you can definately spot them from a long way off.

Here's two suggestions:
Blue FRPP Mustang: Lower,Aluminum pipes, new rims(see slideshow in link),FRPP logo/badge, maybe glowing badge (see slideshow) http://www.roadandtrack.com/article....rticle_id=7635 Blue Shelby GT500: Lower,Aluminum pipes,Shave Foglights, change badges, add stripes (or not) http://www.roadandtrack.com/article....rticle_id=8083 You can use Ford's Builder on their site and change the stripes and stuff to help visualize either of them with different colors, stripe, etc. Here's a super cool idea for anyone for a glowing badge:Take any (3?) or 5(brighter)mm LED (Light blue in your case) then hot/superglue it behind the "GT" logo in the back and use THEB1GDUDE's tut on adding a light(s) to a CLL. Since RS is getting so cheap the plastic is slightly transparent so it will create a cool "halo" around the "GT" logo. I know this is different from the glowing badge in R&T's slideshow. You can also use white if you want since it's already painted light blue, this will make the logo white with a blue halo due to your paint for some contrast. Oh, and the halo will be around and in/on the badge/logo itself. Cool, huh?

the paint is smooth and some how did come out shinny, but theres still marks from sanding that you cant really see thanks Quote:
the color defiantly stands out especially in the world of all the black white and gray cars that own this earth Quote:
500 a lot of work but one day thats a good idea but not for me, its kinda next to impossible to save the GT on the side the car anyway

Explanations
Woah both of you didn't read carefully (no offence)!!!
@Blue504life: Here's a super cool idea for anyone for a glowing badge:Take any (3?) or 5(brighter)mm LED (Light blue in your case) then hot/superglue it behind the "GT" logo in the back and use THEB1GDUDE's tut on adding a light(s) to a CLL. I meant the "GT" badge on the trunk that's a circle, you know? You've already masked it. Look at your 2nd pic if you still don't get it. Oh and Blue technically you already made the FRPP Mustang except for the rims ! The FRPP's (The real one's) modifications are mostly under the hood. And the GT500 is easy too! If you go to Ford's site you'll find out that some Shelbys don't have stripes! Just shave the foglights or cut the grill out then add mesh. The lowering and pipes are both simple too just go search! Sorry if I made it seem too complicated. Both of their badges can be made easily. @firebird999: Here's a super cool idea for anyone for a glowing badge:Take any (3?) or 5(brighter)mm LED (Light blue in your case) then hot/superglue it behind the "GT" logo in the back and use THEB1GDUDE's tut on adding a light(s) to a CLL. Since RS is getting so cheap the plastic is slightly transparent so it will create a cool "halo" around the "GT" logo. I know this is different from the glowing badge in R&T's slideshow. I realize that the one in the slideshow was on the aluminum kickplate @ U.

The glowing is with a LED. Read the Tut!!! It's more of a light/halo that looks like a glow just take a small flash light and put it behind the badge and you'll get a very rough idea of how it'll look!
Yea the GT500 is kinda hard.

i dont see how you would do that and still have the gt logo, you could drill it out and put a led in it, but then you would not have the logo...... and btw, the gt logo is non-transparent. if you put a light on it nothing would really happen..........
