Im 5'3, im 10 but i can bench 310 WOA it must be from all that xmods screwdriving Im doing.......COMON gime a break !!
Anyways guy that started the thread I know exactly how you feel; back in high school, I played lacrosse I used to work out 4 times a week, 2 hours a day NON STOP Thing is: I took creatine to help me more Worked out about 8 month; started off that I couldnt lift the bar. After about 4 month, I was up to 140 At the end, I got up to 220 I was 5'10, 145 lbs. Now Im 5'11, 155 lbs, and since my car accident, And because that stupid creatine, Im down to 75lbs again. Whats the point of this story ? Whoever out there goes to the gym, dont start using drugs or creatine. Proteine shakes are fine. And dont work on all your body parts in one day. For example: upper body (chest, biceps, triceps) on monday; upper body (back, neck, forearms) on wednesday; lower body (calfs, thighs, legs) on friday. Thats a plan I found works pretty good. |
