i got it off of rcc, its really nice, i just wish my camera was working and my sis and bro are out of town so i cant use their cameras.. and my phone camera doesnt work either, my parent's phones dont have camera's.. im a cameraless LOL

the old one was sold, if your talking bout the honcho, then no, its gonna stay as a Tacoma, then probably move onto a tundra front cab and some custom cage work in the back, its gonna take long to finish, cause i still need to get a working tx/rx for all my other cars(hopefully either spekky, airtronics or ko propo) any free donations to the "help mycro finsih up his r/c needs foundation" is great appreciated

and the old one wasnt an scx10 either, it was an ax10 with an x-trail

and just in-case you guys wanted to know.. the elec's are:
trx XL5 esc(waterproof one)
trx 2075 servo(emaxx servo, waterproof, sitting on the hand bro steering kit)
tekin 45t crawler motor(the machine wound one)
and some guy at the track might give me a free cheap tx/rx system for free

Castle BEC(having problems with it =/) which is the reason the esc is not where it is supposed to be and whatnot

my hardware consistency is unmatchable
i fixed the BEC, it wasnt programmed correctly.. dumb me O.o
ill get a vid of it soon after this week passes(i have 3 more bdays this week )

here is the problem i am now having changed the brushes, and moved the wires a bit farther away
it happens toward the end of the vid


as you can see, it just stops and it mostly occurs at full speed, its not the brushes or battery, any ideas?

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO I FIXED IT it was the radio, i switch to my broken AE XP3D FM radio that was on my rc18 which the rx antenna ripped and now gets crappy range, but its not like im ever gonna be over 10ft away from this thing

i ran it a couple times, and i was having some problems, i kept hearing a "stripping" sound, like my gears were stripped... then i got jacked while looking for a solution =O
figure out the different in the chassis with the next 2 pix, and ill show u guys more

yep im ditching em cause they will look better in the long run with a tundra body sitting on the chassis
im running a 45t motor, the regular one

and soon ill be switching to a RC4WD OutCry ESC, because i want some drag brakes, or ill just get a sidewinder

Nice rig man. I love the look of the flat irons. They remind me a lot of the BFGoodrich KM2's... look exactly a like in fact. I am debating getting them for my 1:1, but anyways. I plan to get flat iron's in 1.9 soon after my MRC gets here. Thanks to DID

Are you going to be selling those JC wheels then????? , I would also get the Outcry Esc but the motor limit just drove me away... Have fun trying to get that tundra body to fit too! But isn't it like $60 for the full hard body (Ithought you were sticking with the Taco!)?? I'm glad your investing in some 1.9s! Who is that other member????

I found out there is a club here in town for crawlers so I joined. They do 2.2, but they now have enough members for 1.9! Awesome.

yea, lets not talk about that here, if ur interested, i have a PM box
ill be keeping this 45t motor, so the outcry is fine, i wont wanna be running faster
lol $60 for the tundra? its like $60 just for the front+rear cabs, i still need the grills, bumpers, lights which all add up to about $130-$150 depending on if i have tower coupons
oh and i wont be getting 1.9's, my link was the 2.2's and ill be getting the 2.2's
the 1.9's are too tiny for me to use in tall grass
oh and my Taco will be my basher/film body, my tundra will probably be a pulling rig body or when i go out with the guys from s4x4 and rcc to have a trail run
the other member... hmm... im not sure if he'd like me to spoil his surprise for you guys, ill just have to wait and see if he'll give me permission to tell u guys

nope it had no drag brakes, and ill probably use the CC BEC if i get a sidewinder, or ill sell that and use the BEC the outcry comes with
