thanks guys for all the input. mercedes im not worried about you flaming up my thread, i'd do it to if someone was screwing with my product. i know ebay is sometimes a rip, but i've bought good quality stuff off there. i asked about this item because i've heard of battery packs blowing up and everything i just didn't want that to happen to me. so thanks again for all your guys input, i really appreciate it.

Get the pack, rewire it, the wires are worse than stocks, and the deans are fake. How many times have I said this on this exact forum? Like a million...
Point is, you get what you pay for. Atomicmods has lots of knowledgeable providers but keep in mind their prices are higher, due to they have to support a whole staff. The ebay packs will not blow your boards up, if you wire them right. The only thing I have against is that the cells have poor discharge rates compared to the cells I used, and the wires/deans were of below average quality. I doubt it was the sellers fault, the cells cannot just instantly explode and vent out of nowhere.... there must be a cause, and it is not the pack, more of a buyer install
The ebay GPM from Chauho or whatever his/her name is... is Hot Racing, GPM took the time to slot their products for less weight, and their knuckles don't have screw-on caps. Just to clear that up--get GPM, it fits better and is cheaper in the end (stupid knuckle caps stripped, so I did lots of gpm parts)

3. They can damage your board and fry FETs. IDK when i was performing tests, all of a sudden the voltage spiked, yellow gooey stuff came out, and my FETs fried

My logic is that I have tried tons of battery packs, FETs, and different types of CF, I know my stuff.
