If i didn't fold i might not get it to be screw together, like the screw isn't long enough and it will be a bit more custom. It should fit pretty well. I got the 4 bottom chassis holes drilled and then i need to cut it in to shape so i can get the other 2. Then the top part of the chassis. Then i'll make another. on one of them i will cut slots for the ty-wraps and the aa cells.

I use a Li-ion charger for both and have had no problems at all. As long as the the charge rate doesn't exceed the battery capacity.(i.e 1200 mAh battery and a 500 mA charger) I got my charger from batteryspace.com and is switchable from 1-4 cells @500mA. The 1200 mAh battery in my RC18 takes about 3 hrs. to charge. If you get a charger without a balancer, then a separate one is needed. There are chargers with built in balancers in them, and the price reflects that. Good luck with the project.

Thanks. I am going to go with the li-on and li-po charger because it works for sure and knowing me i'll mess something up. Take that into consideration. You mean projects
