![]() I recently took out my old box o' xmods parts and pieced together a awd evo. Worked alright, but the losi board in it was ****. The steering was uber slow and it wouldn't steer lock to lock. I got sick of it pretty quick and then set about putting a micro spektrum receiver and the esc from a duratrax vendetta in it. Then it occurred to me that the servo didn't have a digital pot. I wired the pot and a mini z servo motor to a Traxxas servo pcb. It works but the servo motor vibrates at center. Changing the trim doesn't do anything... any ideas on what I can do?

![]() Typically vibration at center means the servo can not find true center. There is a tiny amount of deadband that it is looking for so its bouncing from side to side searching for it. Tight linkage can also cause it. Usually, it's due to a bad servo.
