Default No power to motor but servo working correctly

I have a completely stock Xmods Street R8 that I havent touched for years but got it out to play with our 9 month old.

I unscrewed the motor connections from the mainboard and there is no power to those points. Im getting voltage on the black/red wires soldered to the mainboard nearest the motor but it doesnt look like its making it to the motor for whatever reason. The bottom of the mainboard looks a bit messed up underneath but it may be normal, i dont know. I never checked it out new.

I may remind you that I've never modified this and it is completely stock.

the black and red wires have power coming directly from the batteries. the fact that your servo still works it sounds like FETs but the FETs dont look blown. they could still be blown but on the right side of the board in the second pic i see some brown spots. not sure if its glue or burns. might be time to look into a Mini-z board swap
