Delta Spyder Pan Car

So I picked up one of these:



(more as an impulse buy than actually paying attention to what it is )

Come with a bunch of spares, manuals, etc so going to try and get it up and running.





Don't know a whole bunch about it except that it's old (late 80's / early 90's I believe) it's a 1/12 scale pan car, has a body.

Thinking I will just use ProPulse parts to make it run, with some 1/10 electronics.... will keep you posted.

So the mystery of the Pan Car continues.... a new member recently contacted me and let me know that only the rear half of the car, i.e. the motor pod, is a Delta Spyder... the rest is a RaceCo brand car... this is kind of obvious as RaceCo is etched in the underside of the chassis but when I saw that I didn't think much of it

Anyways... here are some updated photos:

All a little over-exposed as I used my cell phone after killing my camera battery on my Jato-Pede but hopefully you all get the idea, ESC is in so is a 75MHz RX system, motor is a Green Machine 2 27T, power is supplied...

Need to wire up the motor and get a pinion gear for it, then I will be rocking.
